Purchasing Manager - Mitchells & Butlers
Location: Birmingham

The Role
The successful candidate will be a results focused self starter. Ideally with a background within a large purchasing framework, you will have a strong bias towards indirect commodities with the ability to demonstrate success and progress in this field.
The portfolio of commodities will include marketing and corporate print spend and therefore a background or an exposure within this area would be an advantage but not essential.
Ideally you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and CIPS qualified. Industry knowledge would be beneficial and IT literacy is a prerequisite. You should have experience as a buyer, product manager or other relevant commercial experience. You will require a full UK driving licence.
Benefits
£30,000 - £35,000 + Car + Bens. The base salary will be complemented by an outstanding package including excellent company car private health care, and pension schemes, corporate bonus of up to 20%, Purchasing- Specific Tactical Incentive, together with a policy to ensure continued personal development through a mentor.
