Procurement Manager
Location(s): Northamptonshire
Salary: £30K+

Our Northamptonshire client now requires a key member to lead their Procurement Team in order to take improvement forward.
You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Procurement role, ideally in Facilities Management or Telecommunications purchasing, though our client will consider other applicants deemed to have good experience in supply chain aspects, and successful proven use of strategic tools.
The role will require close work with internal stakeholders, and interaction with the Global team, sharing ideas, with the ultimate aim of streamlining the supply base to offer competitive, strategic contracts that will commercially benefit the company.
Leading a small local team, you will have good people skills, and work with them towards reviewing existing procurement strategy. Strong communication and persuasion abilities are essential to implement strategies throughout the business.
Additional categories the role will cover include HR Services, Travel and IT, plus other Soft Services.
Location is within easy reach the Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas - including Northampton, Leicester, Rushden, Wellingborough, Daventry, Corby, Bedford.
